  • UHHH She said the next part was the actual tossing of the dough.... I didn't see any such thing... I saw a pizza get de-awesomized but that was about it... YEAH I MADE THAT WORD UP...

  • Good pizzerias do not cook pizza on a metal screen.

  • I work at domino's pizza in the uk, her slapping skills are pretty novice. helpful to those whom do not know how to slap, but if you have the basic idea then you'll learn nothing.

  • You don't use a needle docker? Have problems with bubbles appearing in the pizzas?

  • @ComradeWhite I believe the way she's stretching her dough out before she(uses her hand as a guide to further stretch the dough) puts it on the screen, it reduces the bubbles. She explains that you can hear the bubbles popping before she begins to stretch the dough.

  • Diana, I really really appreciated you taking the time to show me how to do this. I've been making great pizza for 40 years and I always worked waaaay to hard getting right shape all those years. I'm getting serious now. Got the right flour and formulas, awesome sauce of my own and the right convection oven. So many people give the wrong advice about shaping pizza, you are totally on point. Thanx again.
