  • @furezk perhaps your stance is too narrow? You should be looking for a shoulder width stance or slightly wider, knees tracking your toes, sending you hips back and down. Try to avoid your knees coming forward any further than your toes. Hope this helps

    Another question: When I'm doing horizontal pullups my biceps are about to blow but I dont feel my back work. Is this ok? Every week about +2reps, I'm very slow.
