Was this engine done at a shop in California? I recently bought myself a grand national and i'm having trouble finding a good shop in or around LA to fix up my engine. I would appreciate some info help if u know any shops that could help me out
@ExculusiveRed $4,000 for block alone with out any machine work $2,000 for heads. This are TA performance prices just what this car here is running. All together this guys has about 18k to 25k in motor alone maybe more!!!
@miguelgaleana1 For the horsepower he is producing he doesn't need a stage 2 block. There are stock blocks in the high 8's.The Buick v6 motors aren't cheap build ups. They have a lot tighter tolerances & the like. However, only running 17lbs of boost and producing that kinda of power is nice. 1 other thing of note, Buick Motor Sports ended the production run of the that stage motors in 1985 & stage 2 heads, which they were making 800hp naturally aspirated with the 231 v6. Inspiration 4 the GN.
pretty sure the wheels u have on this one kick the 3 piece ones you have nows ass. LOVE the car, absolutely amazing car. but the new rims make it look weird. go back to these!!
