Olivia is one of my guilty pleasures. I always loved the way she sang this song. It's like she's out of breathe or trying to hold back. Whatever it was she is doing, it's working.

God, I miss the days when she and the Carpenters were regular play on the radio.

@DaveWollenberg Hi Dave, doingh some research as I am an avid chart historian myself, it never charted in the UK. Many of her early hits also did not chart or far well over the pond. In fact., "I Honestly Love You" only reached 22 while "Have You Never Been Mellow?" never charted at all.

Now in my fifties, I have been in love with her and this song since I was eighteen. She is absolutely the sweetest thing on this planet. the wife and saw her in concert 7 yrs ago and she is still a goddes.
