I have seen 2 Euro QVs on the dyno. One with a freshly rebuilt engine and 1% leakdown made 188rwbhp and the other 183rwbhp. This was done on a Mustang dyno with reads quite a bit lower than a dynajet which the above car was tested on.

The car has nearly 100k miles on it and as I recall, results were 197hp at the rear wheels.
