@uniyat87 It's called "magic ball rack". It's a super thin piece of plastic that gives you a really tight and fast racking and since it's so thing it doesn't really influence the balls.
I don't know how you guys can complain about commentary not being in English. Other countries and their sports networks actually do something to broadcast pool, and even when there is pool on ESPN, it's edited where you can't even watch the whole match rack to rack or it's an non-competitive event like artistic billiards/speed pool. They show more bowling than they show pool.
@SirNoobs So true.Americans don't have the attention span so they can't program it. The maxim 'Never confuse movement with action' seems never to have been taught in USA.
this is pretty common place in all the pool halls i play at in japan. alot of hte places have those little circle stickers, kind of like the spots, that are permanently stuck to the table and hold the balls in place so you dont need to use a rack and the balls are always frozen. pretty useful actually.
Is that Ronnie Alcano racking and reffing?

@phixxwutwut..do you know where to get those stickers..i seen them couple of times but have no idea what they are called or where to get them from..
PS: sardo is a great rack..just people think it is slow to use and they dont make the 9 ball as much on the break...since it is tight! hehe

i agree that black plastic crap thing should be never used in pool a total load of bullshit

It`s a piece of plastic with tiny holes to rack the balls nicely :) i have personally used this system and it`s very simple to use and it works... :)

@zedroge looks like a good idea but pool is very traditional do you think that it will stick around or fall off like the sardo did
