@LittleBayPony yeah, i was researching itazura na kiss on wikipedia and i saw the cast, i thought i had seen the name before, so i clicked on it and saw that he voiced in kimi ni todoke :D i think he also played a small role in ouran high school host club too :D

@LittleBayPony kazehaya and irie don't have the same voice actor. The thing is that the names of their respective seiyus are really similar. Kazehaya's seiyu is Daisuke Namikawa while Irie's seiyu is Daisuke Hirakawa... when I read your comment I was like WTF!! that can't be possible, I mean I love both voices, but they're so different, I couldn't imagine irie-kun speaking as kazehaya XD

although, it is somewhat possible for a really good voice actor to adopt two different voices, i mean, look at aya hirano, she voiced as ume kurumizawa and haruhi suzumiya xD two completely opposite characters
