@BelairUSN for CSGO it might be different, but for CSS basically pentium 3/amd equivilent or newer (anything dual core above 1.5 GHz or single above 2.3 GHz will probably run it), GeForce 8400 GT/ radeon equivilent or newer, Windows XP or newer, and 2+ GB of 400MHz+ DDR1 ram. For 1.6 probably half of these specs. If you mean highest settings with a good framerate, you'll want at least a GTX 260 and a core 2 duo with DDR2 ram, my GTX 460 is slight overkill.
