Can you morons not see at all? She falls out of every double and has to adjust, sometimes glaringly, her placement for the next fouette. Doubles aren't impressive when they are sloppy and improperly centered. Try watching Maximova, Anianashvili, Terekhova, etc, ad infinitum--REAL Russian ballerinas. This woman is careless.
@tightlygagged I'm surprised that you can critisize her. Can YOU do that? Just saying. And she IS one of the greatest Russian ballerinas. Along with Diana Vishneva and Uliana Lopatkina. And she ISN'T sloppy either. If you want to see ballerinas in one place all the time, well, good luck finding one! It's impossible to stay in one place while doing fouette AND on pointe! Not trying to pick a fight, but really!

yeh i think so too, i think svetlana's are so capturing because her second is very high [finished of with her beautiful feet] then she times her plie and moment she is bck on point perfectly.
I think what looks different is she is doing the type of fouttes that just go to the side instead of front side pase. Still as beautiful as always!!

They are kind of sloppy because she dose not keep them at 45 degrees but just my opinion :) but her arches are crazy amazing and good technique

@gothlolidoll It's because she has HUGE arches. It is harder for the ballerina to balance and turn that way... which makes her even more amazing! :)
