@shawlangsu 第一ODA里超过9成是无息低息贷款，是要还的；第二，日本也得到了好处，连中抗苏是美日的战略安全考虑；第三日本侵华十几年烧杀抢夺的事实，也算是战争赔款的一种。ODA到2006年已经全面停止了，28年来总共提供了1649亿人民币贷款。请不要用援助的字眼，日本在中国犯下的罪有多深重，强了中国多少资源，杀了多少人，不要赔吗
