@osmanlitorunu1990 unless, you know, you want to conserve more power, and remove the last moving part from the thing. But being negative is more important than being informed, I guess.
@distortednetworks The only relevant part is after POST, since this is showing the speed of the drive. Once a machine reaches the password screen, it is booted, regardless of whether or not you want to accept that fact.
i was thinking about upgrading my hp mini 210-1180nr to an ssd.I want to get the most performance out of it. One major drawback however is that i cannot upgrade the ram so i am stuck with 1G, if i would of known sooner i would have returned it but too late. But anyway, my question is, if i buy a ssd will i see some improvements in the performance despite only having 1G ram?.thanks hope to hear a response.BY THE WAY PEOPLE DO NOT BUY THE HP MINI 210-1180NR!!CANNOT UPGRADE RAM
Now how did you get the ssd inside I have the same computer and I took it apart completely and I found out that it's not a normal HD and that it's like connected with many the wires lol probably had to buy a special ssd

ssd in a netbook ... the most pointless thing in the world

stopping at the password screen is not a full boot. Booting it from a hibernated/suspended state is also not a full boot.
next time, go from bios to browser.
