I saw STP at the PNC ARTS Center in NJ a couple of weeks ago and I have to say it was a bit of a let down. We left way before the encore. One of the opening acts, "Cage the Elephant", I thought outdid them. Their lead singer is a cross between Iggy and Jim Morrison. He was great.

The Canadian concerts were pretty lame and no one showed up for them. It is the Axl Rose solo band now. It has nothing to do with GNR!

It's pretty sad the Velvet Revolver barely can get 5K people at a show and Axl still gets all the things he mentioned in the video. No actully it's not sad. VR doesnt deserve 50K people, they suck. GnR still rock.

Rolling Stone article where Matt is commenting about the argument he and I believe it was Paul that if he wouldn't of got into it with him about saying something about slash and starting an argument and getting himself fired he would still be with Guns today. I never read anywhere that Axl had any intentions of letting Matt go until then.

Here's what I have to say. I freaking love Scott Weiland, I mean I don't know him personally so I certainly can't judge his character in any way but I do know that STP were HUGE all their singles except for lady picture show were HUGE and they were always on the billboard top 100 so I really doubt he "doesn't" bring in a crowed. Hes a great stage performer with movement and vocals you can't keep your eyes off him. Axl is a plastic piece of shit and sings like a hyena
