Yes, Philippines is a corrupt country, but it's not the most corrupt. Every country have negative sides, and so does it's people. In addition, we are not jealous of rich countries. Most Filipinos abroad only went there to find a job so that they can support their families back in our country. Most Filipinos are bilingual, and at that---their english is far more understood than other asian races...we are lucky.
