@mrsbeautylover My skin is dry to normal with occasional breakouts.  As for product recommendation...It really depends on how your skin reacts to the new environment. I don't know how you can plan your skincare ahead of time O_o Best thing to do is to see if you even need to change anything AFTER you get here. Makeupalley . com is a great place to check out reviews on skin care if you want to research ahead of time =)

@CampGravatt123 Haha thanks for the support!! I don't always do it. Because my lips are pretty pigmented, certain colors don't show up the way I want. Applying concealer under a lipgloss or lipstick changes the look ^__~

@pinksaphire100 My skin is normal to dry, so I may not be the right person to ask. It's not greasy at all for me, and it's not moisturizing enough for me now it's fall/winter. It may work on you. Plus, you always have the option to return if it doesn't work out =)

hey, what moisturizer would you recommend for winter? since you can't really use SPF moisturizer since it's not summer anymore.

@leezel0731 Imo, the Eucerin one shown in this vid is great for all year around. It's really your personal preference because everyone has different skin types. Just remember that you should never skip spf during the day whether it's summer or winter. In the winter, you can get away with wearing just spf 15. In the summer, I would wear at least 30 =)

@kimenid Nope! I love drugstore products, but I haven't found anything that comes close to the palette I'm using in this video. My dark circles are pretty severe, so I'm more picky when it comes to undereye concealers :]

@runimina Yes, I still use it and it's very gentle and suitable for sensitive skin. I've never gotten a breakout bc of this product. My skin is more on the dry side tho, so I can't tell you how it would work for your skin type. I really like how it's not greasy at all and you get a lot for what you pay (compared to other brands in the drugstore). I would say give it a try and return it if it doesn't work out =)

I can't really tell you the before and after because I've been following a strict regimen since I was 15 (I'm 26 now). As you can see, it's pretty basic, but I definitely think it makes a difference if you start taking care of your skin when you're young. It's much easier (and cheaper) to prevent wrinkles and sun spots than to treat them later down the road. =)

what is a toner for?

[YaYaLifestyle]

A toner preps your skin and makes it more receptive for moisturizer. It returns your skin pH back to it's normal range and it closes the pores to your skin. It'll also remove the last traces of makeup after a face wash at night when used with a cotton pad. There are different types of toners out there. Since my skin is dry, I always go with more moisturizing ones. There are also toners for oily or combo skin types as wells =)

No I live in Cali. Fyi, it's important to use sunscreen if you don't want your skin to stay youthful no matter where you live =) You should start using spf early to prevent wrinkles and sun spots.

Heehee I used to used the Eucerin for my entire face. It's relatively inexpensive (around $8 for a lot of product) when you compare it to other drugstore spf 30s. Just keep in mind that it leaves a slight white overcast, but it disappears after a while tho. Check your local Rite Aid for the Biore cuz I think they're putting them on clearance now ^^ I got mine for free when I bought the Biore nose strips...weird cuz the spf is $14 and the nose strips were only $7. Not complaining here lol

I am trying to use up my cleanser bc I feel that i haul too many face products and don't use them all.
