Mel Is a nice guy, He took time out to answer the questions of a pestering 17 year old extra (me) on the set of braveheart. He was really passionate and sincere, and he made a big impression on me. Whatever his current troubles are, I wish him well, and best of luck getting back on track.

Used to like Mel in Road Warrior days,,the movie directly after that was 'Year of Living Dangerously' , and it sucked..never saw a good Mel Gibson movie after that..well 'The Patriot', was pretty good . Everything else sucked . He' s probably an alco because he has to keep it around to mellow down the tweak from all the coke or speed or whatever the fuck it is he' s doing .
The guy is a fuckin tweak case, always restless, jumpy and just plain weird, exhibiting signs of too much blow and no rest
