@Vaughns1Sweeti First, make sure your house is the largest size possible.Talk to Gannon when you are ready to upgrade your house to super-size. After the house upgrade, you will need to buy your upcoming child a bed to sleep in. Chen will sell the Baby Bed in his shop after the super-size house upgrade has been completed, and you have been married for 30 days.

Afterwards, the pregnancy can occur. The pregnancy scene will trigger once you have been married for at least 30 days.

Sabrina & Regis: Have Gannon build the bridge to the Forest, and then ship 20 or more items found from the mine on the Mountain.

Mark: Unlock all of the areas by building the 3 bridges, unlock all of the main villagers with the exception of the Mineral Town characters, vist all areas (have the 7 Harvest Sprites unlocked), and have the Hotel in E.Town expanded.

@loveblossoms Only if you are married. A red heart is too high to see any of the rival cutscenes normally. If you are married, hearts don't matter anymore, and you can see rival cutscenes without worry.
