From what I've seen while searching these are the worst enclosures in the zoo, so please don't judge just by one video. I feel really sorry for the elephant and polar bears though, they're both doing behaviours that show pure boredom to the point of giving up on life. If you want to know what they are, elephant swaying & polar bear pacing. The proper name for these behaviours is stereotypy. Its literally a repeated abnormal behaviour performed because the animal can't perform natural behaviour

Ueno Zoo is by the worst zoo i've been to. The animals, most of them, have most certainly lost their minds. Their enclosures are horrible.
