Try blowing at the side of the L and R, the reason im saying this is because dust usually gets in there. and it always happen to me and it solves my problem. Hope this helps =)

Do you have any idea how much I hate Neji in ninja council one? He attacks so god damn fast I can get only 2 hits in. He drains my chakra so I can't destroy him! Also he has the damned Trigram attack! IF YOU GET CAUGHT YOU WILL LOSE 2 HEALTH BARS. But I did find something funny. In the emulator upon performing the Trigrams it usually glitches me and him. Making us fuzzy. Also someone made a thing with Neji in a elevator. He apparently practices the trigram on the elevator buttons. Long way up.

i fought neji while playing naruto: ninja council 1 on visualboy advance and he used that 88 fists move on me and made the characters go all 8 bit! the backgrounds stayed sharp, and you could still tell which character is which, but i just thought it was kinda cool, whether it was intentional or a glitch.
