Rogue is available in both versions however it's considered to be one of the more rare noises you can get. You also can't have any real brothers whatsoever. He probably just got really lucky.

@ud0ks Crown. I haven't played the game in ages though. Maybe some people are luckier then others. I just remember hearing that it was considered rarer then the other noises. Then again I really don't know. I made sure to get some Real Brothers so I could switch my element when I needed to.

When I first seen heard of the Noise system I wanted Gemini simply for it's bonus to electric chips and it's cool colour scheme. Since then I've opted for Crown instead. The boost to electric chips is bigger and I get to add blindness to my Mad Vulcans. Never really cared for swords but that is just me.

Actually, Gemini is +30 elec, and Crown is +20, but Crown's works on all cards, and Gemini works only on non-dimming.

I don't see why a lot of people like Gemini Noise, just because of the Tag Card function? My opinion, Rogue Noise is the good one.

It also gives Paralyzing effect to sword cards which is why most consider Gemini noise as "cheap" for people who mostly use swords. I don't even use the tag card system.

Thats like Rogue Noise. Rogue noise gives +50 on Sword Attacks, adds paralyze effect to non dimming non element cards. EM barrier comes up. And destroys players lock-on site.

1. It's quite random.

2. You will have a really hard time with getting it in the Red Joker version unless you are lucky. You will have a better chance in the Black Ace version.

Event Mall Area. And area doesn't matter btw. The Noise Change you get is quite random. And you are gonna find it extremely hard to get Gemini Noise in Red Joker version but it's easier in Black Ace.
