Actually the last part is very easy to do with 1 hand, all you gotta do is hold yellow and blue, and then quickly tap the orange to play all of the notes. If you use this technique on a real guitar (I have no idea what the name is), then you would get the same effect!

I use hyperspeed 4 and 5, it just speeds up the rate at which notes come towards you while spacing them out further. Personally, I find it easier to see the notes that way rather than a big slow moving blob of notes. I think it shouldn't have been a cheat though... :\
