    yes my friend,,,BABYLON filmed in 1980 and was actually shown on bbc4 uk last night 14/02/11

  • @CriticalPedagogy... Brinsley Forde, frontman of Aswad plays the main roll. I highly reccomend watching Babylon, in my opinion, better than both The Harder They Come and Rockers.

  • Can i add that the music created and produced by UK sounds almost single handedly held up the jamaican reggae industry for almost 20 years during the 70's and 80's dancehall era.. at the time jamaican studio's were totally independent and suffered from serious under-investment. but thanks to Coxson and his Studio One movement,

    The Mighty Saxon Studio and the king Jah Shaka.. reggae could continue to create the magic that lifted dancehalls of that era, all over the world.. JOB WELL DONE UK.....
