@tanoAE86 false. "in most areas" it is illegal to pass a left-turning vehicle on the right on a single lane road, as this is. That does not in any way excuse the absurd and ILLEGAL lane change of the car's driver.
The idiot in teh car only turned his blinker on AFTER the motorcycle started to make his move to pass on the right. Clearly the car driver was beign a douchebag and should ahve his lisence revoked.
The driver of the car should have been paying more attention... BUT... after watching the video... he turned on his blinker before the motorcycle attempted to pass. listen to the engine of the motorcycle. two wrongs make a crash. I would guess the car would probably win... actually... im sure of it.
From what I could see, the drive changed and signaled to turn right just as you started to pass. Looked like you have plenty of time to not try and pass. Sure, cage-driver couldn't make up their mind, but you should have planned for it...sorry

@AlexPGunn in most areas passing that side is legal if the driver in front is indicating to turn off. you'r state may be just an exception.
