I don't think anyone should separate freerunning from parkour. When I got interested in parkour the first thing I learned was the backflip, with a spotter on solid ground. I said that if I am going to learn parkour there's no way I'm gonna leave out flips because to me you can't have one without the other. In my eyes a traceur that can't flip is just incomplete.

@MultiParkourMaster Idk about his movies, probably go on wikipedia or something... for some good pk and freerunning, just look up a bunch of videos on utube and subscribe. It keeps me happy cuz I have at least 1 new video a day. I've had 5 in one day too, so it's cool.... p.s. the opening chase of 007 casino royale has Sebastien Foucan in it, and watch B 13. It's french, has David Belle, but has english subtitles and a lot of pk.

ther must not be so much arguments about flips. parkour and freerunning are almost the same. traceurs don´t go always in a straight line because the environment does never allow this, and freerunners don´t flip when they are pressured to move faster and efficiently. i think we all train a mix between freerunning and parkour, and i consider myself a traceur and i train flips very often because they are beautiful. there´s no need of separate both things

@LINKchris87 yeah, personally i love to do flips, the feeling of being able to do it is amazing, about a year ago i saw people on tv doing that stuff and i just thought i'd never be able to do it, a year later i'm fourteen, doing freerunning, front and backflips, side flips all that stuff, it really is just amazing

yes well thats good that you are. i was never going to say nothing about A to B i know thats parkour. but free running isnt about trying to look cool. well atleast its not for most people, its about having fun and always pushing your bodys limits like you do in parkour only in a different way. i am a freerunner and im learning parkour slowly now.

No need to argue his case. :P he is not the best. their is no best in freerunning, He is probz not the top 50 even as he does Parkour to be a real traceur you need the Entire Disipline. But by skills hell yeh hes one of the top 20 i would say. Alot of the freerunners in the world dont have videos or take much credit. ~
