  • OMGOSH! I cannot wait to be crocheting that fast!!! Awesome!

  • do you ever have time for your son?

  • when you crochet do you floow patt. or just go for it? i would like to do patt. but have a hard time understanding them or the counting all the time ( i mean you have a baby sometimes we get distracted!! lol)

  • You made this so easy! My only question is when you introduce the new color (exaample the light blue & added the darker color) at the end of the chain, where do you clip the end of it? I've got to many "tails" TY!

  • Say you are changing colors in the middle of the row (I'm trying to make an abc afgan) and you switch back colors say 5 crochets later, how can you change back to the main color while still in the same row? and not have loose strings everywhere? Thanks for the help!

  • Thanks for sharing this superb technique.

  • Thank you this is very helpful.I am making a sweater for my youngest grand-daughter and this is the first time I've tried changing colors. It sounded easy in the directions but I just couldn't get it right. This is exactly what it said to do, but I just wasn't sure what pulling through the last two loops was without being able to see it, now it's like, "oh ya, those two loops, lol". Thanks again :)

  • hey really helpfull but 1 question what do i do with the first color string thats left over i cant just leave it lol

  • Thanks this was real helpful. I have been trying to figure out how to crochet since April and just figured out how to double crochet but I wanted to change colors and your video was very helpful. Thanks for making it.

  • How do you hold the new yarn when you change color.

  • Thanks for the demo. You joggled my mind. I crochet for years and then got interested in quilting. My adult son told me that he loved an afghan I made when he was a teen with the colours and Maple Leaf in the centre of his favourite hockey team. I decided to make him another one. I loved hearing your son in the background. Good for you for making a terrific video. I really enjoyed it.

  • i'm glad a simple video like this brought back such wonderful memories!!!

  • wow, you do that really fast, but at the same time, you do slow down to show what it is that you are doing at that high speed that you work at. great job, its a great video. some of them are hard to understand.

  • no problem... i hope I get to see what you are making!!

  • What I do is I do what you did but when you change from your old colour to your new one I would chain three and leave it so when I get back to it It's chained and doesn't look like a loose bit of string. But thats only what I do.
