dont wind up like that when you throw the uppercut. make sure its all one motion. pretend your siitin on a bench and then just twist your body into it. i cant really explain it but just try what i say you'll feel more power. you feel nmore power when your lower cuz some of the power comes from your legs.
but i say u need a new trainer hes not even giving u any constructive criticism. and why the hell is he making u punch that high and that low. you need to work on your balance but i would say its poor training find a gym that has trainers with experience( training decent pros and amateurs) and have accomplished stuff.
u need to get the hell out of that gym if you want to be a decent succesful boxer u can find a much better trainer than that You need to not lean foward when you punch and bring your punches back to your head.
After a 2 hour session, straight after a 3 mile run and over 6 months ago? Go fuck your mum
