Haha, no I'm not an architect, this is just a dear hobby of mine. And no, no plans or anything, I might think 'Ha, today I'll build a house for a family of three and they like this and they like that.." and then the house kind of builds itself up, I hardly ever know what I'm doing.

Mostly I just build and design houses, I find the actual game playing quite boring. Few times in a year I play for a some time, but almost daily I build something.

Currently I'm working on my very own neighbourhood, no sims allowed there (yet anyway), and gosh there's lot to build and I love it already, so yeah, I rather just concentrate on my houses. :)

I have all ep's, and you probably need all of them too to have this house in your game via basic installation, if you don't have all ep's, please try to install it with Sims 2 Pack Clean Installer, then all non compatible stuff will be just removed from a lot and rest of it will work just fine.

Nowadays I have some sp's, but when I build this home I think I had only holiday stuff pack (old one) installed. Cars and driveways comes with Nightlife Expansion Pack.

No, sorry. Did you try to install it with the Clean Installer? It let's you select the parts of the package you want to install, only thing is that it'd be pretty much the walls left if you leave all CC out of it.

Anyway, the package I've now uploaded will be the only and final version of this house.

You mean placing furnitures and objects diagonally on the grid?

For that use cheat code "boolprop allow45degreeangleofrotation true/false". I guess this cheat came with ep1 (university).

In Finnish game rotating buttons are . and , -they might be different with different language settings, see your readme.txt.
