Bates says floaters are a "Weird form of strain" and that they disappear when the eyeball returns to normal, can anyone confirm this? I notice during my clearflashes they sometimes go away

Thanks for your comment! I grew up in the USA but came to Australia at 13 so it's mostly Australian with the US coming in on words I don't use very much :-).
When you say lazy eye you might mean the eye is turning or that the difference in acuity means that the left eye is mostly not being used. Either case calls for using an eyepatch over the right eye and doing vision activities for the left eye. When it has improved to near the acuity of the right eye, then you would do fusion to get them working together.
'Directional tromboning' helps a turning eye stay correctly aligned. The activities for myopia are outlined in our Personal Eyesight Training Kit (becoming available March 2010). Start with the free lesson from our website by subscribing to our email list.
My understanding about 'floaters' is they are incompletely dissolved remnants of the artery that helped feed the structures of the eyeball during their formation. If floaters are an issue, general vision activities could possibly help in some cases as they improve the overall health of the eyes, and the increased movement may also be beneficial for this.
can this work for dry eyes? i have short sightedness and dry eyes and the optitians are not very helpful with this at all.

There are specific vitamins for the eyes if you want to improve your eye site with
exercising the eyes.
My daughter when she was 6 years old had really thick glasses.
Her bad eye site caused by child cold medications
We gave her vitamins and healed her site.
She is 22 today and does not wear glasses.
I will share the info with any one who ask.
