Hey! i have a PSP 6.20 but i want to downgrade to 3.71, y use the RECOVERY folder and i put de EBOOT.PBP (371), but in te XMB in game appears: The game can not start, data may be corrupted, what i do? answer please.

@excellenceisme you have to get cfw. its not hard at all. u really dont need a battery or memory stick. i did it dude. i can show you on teamviewer or skype to send the files

GOtube launched, Now it proves HB is on my PSP.. And it's uninstallable.. So I guess no worries about Bricking, I can install/uninstall whenever I like. Thanks bro, you epic! (Havn't patched yet, will do in sec)

Nevermind. I installed the data, and the data that was corrupted, and when I downgraded it said something like "Data is corrupted, press O to restore settings" and I was like OMG MY PSP'S BRICKED until I saw that text :/

Thanks :D Got the 6.20 FW and the Downgrader, I put the downgrader in the Updater folder and got Corrupted data, although I launched the "6.20 Update" app and it's working, just gotta charge it to run the update.. and then I'll install CFW then happily play GoTube and HB apps

For the CFW 6.20 to OFW 3.71/3.80/3.90/4.01/5.00 procedure, will i obtain a CFW desired firmware or an official firmware afterwards??? coz u wrote OFW 3.71/3.80/3.90/4.01/5.00, but in step 7, u said 'press install CFW'

I just ran the downgrader on OFW 6.39 and it worked. It downgraded my psp to 6.20.
