@XsimsruleX make a normal lot any size, open cheet menu, type in changelotzoning apartmentbase,press enter, save and leave to nabourhood (cant spell it :P) go back to that lot, if mailbox is diffrent it worked,then open cheat menu, type in apartmentbuildingbuyrestrictio­ns on. hope this helped and have fun building :D
