Chinese glass has almost no standards. Illadelph, Roor ect use "shotglass" to make thicker safer, i guess non lead bongs. When they blow the glass, the shotglass type tends to stretch less and stay more uniform, chinese glass breaks easy... but they make some tight hitters, valid to buy and the price is a steal, even if the consumer pays like 8x the actual price. To be honest, the federal gov't is right in assuming that these are going to be used almost exclusively to smoke cannabis.
