behind Ten Mile store off of HWY 42. it is what they call the Beaver slide trail. I lost most of my video of the 3 trips we took there. We took 10 rigs up ,lost 2 right off with a roll over & broke driveline & transfer.7 out of the 8 left were all towed out by 1after losing axles etc.
There are some nice trails all through there.
Pretty hard trail,Winter time it is a must have winch !
is it posibul to get up thair still ? we run lost dog at the moment but i hear they shut most of blue ridge down and surounding areas

it is some GREAT country. Good spots to camp out & make a weekend run out of it, good roads everywhere. Hill climbs,bogs it's all there.
Have you been down by the small lake? Excellent country, there is some pretty hardcore trails on the Callahan.

hell yea, ive heard about Beaver slide, never been on it. Let me know if your gonna run it again, and we can bring a couple big trucks out.
