They were luck to be able to tell the girls story to him before asking the questions. I think Robert handled it well. The hug he gave her seemed really genuine and heart felt.

This is really heartfelt (moreso if it weren't for the insensitive presenters - even after the girl tells her story) esp for someone like me who doesn't understand the intense appeal of the Twilight books. I don't have a special, profound connection w them or anything I just like the romance, the cute story and the actors, nothing more. And this video, taking the fact such an intimate moment was taped, really explains why Rob is a great guy and why a lot of people REALLY love him. Bless him.
