Just like Jim Cornette is, Percy Pringle a.k.a. Paul Bearer is another example of a class act. A tremendous human being who is smart, honest, sincere, heart felt and hilarious. You can tell by his shoots that he loves his fans as much as we love him and it's amazing to watch his interviews. People like Cornette, Pringle, and about a dozen others are amazing... You can tell, with his history and his demeanor to this day, Percy is a genuine gent. And he's right about the absence of managers.  Older performers a la Ric Flair or Kevin Nash should be transitioning to management characters, to use their promo skills at getting younger, more verbally unpolished wrestlers over, instead of lacing up and offering sub-par work inside the ring. That's how most managers took shape in the old days, and we don't see enough of that anymore.
