why give the same score as the console review when multiplayer is only better on the PC? More importantly why do a separate review exclusively for BF3? Why not for MW3 as well?
@mayatk1 it's pretty much exactly the same thing. Rush only adds 1 more squad to each team and CQ maps are made smaller while TDM remains the same. Not drastic differences. BF3 is best for the player on the platform his/her friends play on.

The consoles have dedicated servers too :). I have a gaming PC but play on PS3 because my friends play on that, but I will say this; PC text chat is a HUGE plus for necessary communication. with Battlefield it's never really been about campaign. It's just about gameplay and the multiplayer. Take a look at 1942, Vietnam, and 1943. There wasn't even a campaign. Just AMAZING multiplayer

Im going to by this game on PC now, converting from xbox, when I found myself bored to death with max 24 players on a map like caspian border and such... so my question is, will these computer settings be enough to play the game on ultra? The computer is stationary and have got intel core i5 4 core cpu on 4*3,3Ghz, Geforce GTX570 graficcard, 16GB ram, 120GB Sata3 SSD harddrive. 24" Full HD Led screen. @skuggedreper Yup, very good procssor, gtx 570 is a beast gpu, 16 gig ram is overkill lmao, 6 gig is more then enough, you won't have any problem playing this @60 fps on high or semi high-ultra. The difference between high and ultra are minimal though.
Short answer: yes your pc will be good for to play any game @ultra for at least 4-5 years
@skuggedreper I would recemend to get a 120gb SSD and a 1tb hard drive. The OS is 20 gb and BF3 is 20gb so that's only 80gb left. But besides that thats a great setup

I think all of my Xbox friends were on board for BF3 saying it would be there main game, then MW3 came out and boom look what there playing now and look what's a used game at Gamestop. I tried it but it was boring. Just couldn't get into it

Pc gaming is not at all expensive, it's the initial cost and the fact that you have to look up some info about pc hardware that holds mainstream gamers away. PC gamers are the only truly hardcore gamers, console is for mainstream players.
2) the online straight out pisses me off, different maps are so biased depending if your attacking or defending on rush. I dislike BF:BC2 (For it's over-graphical unreality and sounds) but I really like BF2142 (less graphicaly, really good souns system). Will I like this multiplayer? (I'm a fan of huge maps with vehicles, and a possibility to survive whitout having to run from bullets to mutch)

@bunghole211 The campaign is awesome, I loved it! those glitches are gone since new patches came out and fixed most of the problems, for me BF3 is the best shooter out there
@bunghole211 I enjoyed the campiagn, though i never normally play single player so comparisons are few. The last 3 or so levels get your hairs sticking up.
If you buy this game bunghole, you have to give MP a try. Its incredible.

Although there wasnt a whole lot of character developent, it was sad! Where as in MW3 it took them 3 games to make me feel sad at all when soap dies. Pretty fail considering it took dice 1 mission. Sure the campaign wasnt "good" but personally i found it awesome. Didnt mind the quick time events, story was engaging and game play was really fun. But its the emotion that was put in the game that was phenominal, death of Vladimir and Miller were extremely sad

PLease if you don't know anything about hardware in general don't make dumbass comments. A 100 $ graphics card can run battlefield 3 perfectly on high.
Pc gaming is not at all expensive, it's the initial cost and the fact that you have to look up some info about pc hardware that holds mainstream gamers away. PC gamers are the only truly hardcore gamers, console is for mainstream players.

1)the campaign was awesome
2) the online straight out pisses me off, different maps are so biased depending if your attacking or defending on rush. Also, they've made the gameplay more less like its last (totally fucking awesome) game and more like call of duty, granted this was so they could take CODs players and be instantly familiarized but c'mon!

I dislike BF:BC2 (For it's over-graphical unreality and sounds) but I really like BF2142 (less graphicaly, really good souns system). Will I like this multiplayer? (I'm a fan of huge maps with vehicles, and a possibility to survive whitout having to run from bullets to mutch)

@bunghole211 The campaign is awesome, I loved it! those glitches are gone since new patches came out and fixed most of the problems, for me BF3 is the best shooter out there

@bunghole211 I enjoyed the campiagn, though i never normally play single player so comparisons are few. The last 3 or so levels get your hairs sticking up.
If you buy this game bunghole, you have to give MP a try. Its incredible.

I have over 180 hours on bf3 haven't even touch campaign and don't plan too, don't care about it whether its good or not.

Although there wasnt a whole lot of character developent, it was sad! Where as in MW3 it took them 3 games to make me feel sad at all when soap dies. Pretty fail considering it took dice 1 mission. Moat deaths in mw were meh, dont care. Mw 3 has better story but i found bf3 to be a bit more fun. No im not BF3 fanboy, i own every cod game up whorefail2 and bf2 onward. Yeah. COD fails

Sure the campaign wasnt "good" but personally i found it awesome. Didnt mind the quick time events, story was engaging and game play was really fun. But its the emotion that was put in the game that was phenominal, death of Vladimir and Miller were extremely sad
