ooh that's a tough question, and it really depends on who you ask. i think the paladin looks cooler, and plays a helluvalot better, but i do miss the damage lol. i love cecil's story. it made him escalate to one of my favorite characters ever in final fantasy just because of the conflict within the man. so in that respect i guess i'll have to say that i prefer paladin cecil hands down.
@jcudal32 true, everyone thinks cecil is badass when hes in his dark armour, but then all of a sudden he becomes all womanly looking when he becomes a paladin. most people whove seen me playing will ask something to the degree of "whats that girls name?" or "whos the girl you're controlling". Ah well, Cecils still badass.
@Xiller8 Yeah, man, that happens all the time with me. I might be playing the remake on DS, or even the original version, but someone always has to say something like "Is that a girl", or "You're playing as a girl! Haha!"
