alot of this stuff is perception. As a wrestler and mma fighter I had people run on my stomach during my training. I never dodged knives but i dodged balls thrown at my face. Lying on glass does take a little extra toughness but it's also alot of technique to it. It's almost useless if you think about it. The flipping however should be incorporated in the US training. It does wonders for your core. And i'm pretty americans can shoot just as good.

Lying on glass does take a little extra toughness but it's also alot of technique to it. It's almost useless if you think about it. The flipping however should be incorporated in the US training. It does wonders for your core. And i'm pretty americans can shoot just as good.

I never said i hate USA.Fact is i was never in N.Korea or USA ,I can say only I was raised in socialist country which later changed to capitalist society and nothing good till this day came from it.Socialism gave me and my family chance to buy 360sq/m house and a car without having to live in debt or have mortgage.Now, this can be only mans wet dream.I also visited most of Western Europe,Russia and SE Asia,that's what i base my assessment
