It definitely it is time for Floyd Mayweather to fight Manny Pacquiao, especially since Shane Mosley is fighting Andre Berto on January the 30th..... I agree that Manny is the best fighter in this era. But i don't agree on Cotto retiring. Cotto is a class act and still is a very good boxer. He was just outclassed by the Pacman. Pacman beats up all his opponents so bad that he makes them look like an old fighter but in reality they are still the same fighter before Pacquiao. Judging by manny's body he could easily move up once more to 154lbs. Ofcourse not all the way but catch weight. I think cotto shouldnt retire. he is only 29. he lost to at ATG. after 6 rounds of mrgarito he was winning, but lost to the loaded gloves. cotto can hang with anybody not named manny pacquiao. in fact, i see cotto easily going the distance with mayweather. he would lose though 7-5, but he wont get hurt.

I agree that Manny is the best fighter in this era. But i don't agree on Cotto retiring. Cotto is a class act and still is a very good boxer. He was just outclassed by the Pacman. Pacman beats up all his opponents so bad that he makes them look like an old fighter but in reality they are still the same fighter before Pacquiao. I predicted cotto best rounds would be 1-3 and after that it would be all pac and that cotto would not last past the 9th. I was somewhat close. Pac could of finished him at any point he felt like, it almost looked like he was toying with cotto. Mayweather has the tools to outscore pac but not beat him up. Pac has all the tools to destroy mayeather and just kill him. My opinion is pac 60/40% in beating mayweather.

As for him looking ripped as he goes up in weight, you can credit Alex Ariza for that (who Pacquiao hired since the Diaz fight). The man uses an exact science to get Pac in tip top shape for every fight.

cotto should take a break n fight margarito in a rematch late next year, give him a good break. cottos earned ma respect, same with pacquiao, at times cotto was outboxing pacquiao, so if mayweather has balls and decides to fight pacquiao, as floyd is a pure boxer he might give pacquiao trouble, cause av only seen pacquiao in with forward fighters, never any boxer/movers. pacquiaos punch resistance shocked me, best fight av seen a think

in all of pac's interviews he never once said he wants to fight floyd...roach said he wanted to fight him but pac wont say it...plus he broke his ear drum...sooo i dont see floyd and pac fighting in march...that ear has got to heal... so stop bitchin both fighters take 50/50 and give us the fans what we wanna see....i stand corrected and i wanna give pacquiao all the props in the world...he is the only person in the world that can fuck wit floyd right now...and we dont wanna see ne thing else.pz

lol judah is a c+ fighter and believe me noone is scared of any of those guys, if marquez fought pac at 140 or 145 he will get annihilated. floyd lures chumps into fighting at FULL welterweight, hatton and even smaller chump marquez. Cotto is too young to retire, there is still one fight for him..... Margarito rematch no plaster of paris this time.. then paul williams or winky wright or hopkins(I doubt he can wik hopkins but who knows) then get a rematch with pacquiao 4 years later..

Im a Cotto fan for years but after the plaster of paris beating, he lost a step or to, he is a great warrior with alot of heart, but the pacman was on top of his game, I think Cotto should either change trainner and get someone with expierence, or he should just retired and enjoy his money,and his family...pacman vs Mayweather will be a great fight...........

It was a great fight, and my hats off to Cotto. I'm a big fan of both, and Cotto's sportsmanship is throught the roof. Both are very respectable people in and outside the ring. Manny put on a great performance!!! Great vid man, I appreciate your outlook on the situation. I know you're fans of both, and you were rooting for Cotto. The way you give props and how you show it are done in a very classy way. Stay up homie, and I'll be looking forward to your Pacman vs Money prediction vid.

As much as I love Pacquiao to win, I felt sad for Cotto because he is definitely a good fighter. Good sportsman indeed. If Cotto doesn´t want to retire with the miliions of dollars he got for this fight, I hope he hires a real good trainer. Why not take Freddie Roach? Pacquiao will soon retire after next year anyway.

omg, beastiest performance by pacquiao. i say that because migueL cotto is no joke. he's the most skiLLfuL fighter dat pac has fought (in my opinion) and beat him up. Pac's punching power Looks to have increased and stiLL has his speed! that guy is ridicuLous. GO PAC!

Speed was too much for Cotto, Cotto will stay in the game just to get redeemtion with Margarito who destroyed his career.
As for Manny, he has sealed himself as a great but i would like to see him fight more african-americans who can match or get close to his speed.

Pacquiao really let Cotto hits him many times. Pacquiao can get out of those punches with his speed easily, but he tested Cottos power & Pacquiao just stood infront of Cotto. He didn´t attempt too much to get out of the ropes. We can see now that he can handle those punches. He was still standing. Joe Santiago being out of experiences has to stop that fight after 9th round. Hoping nothing seriously happened in Cotto eyes. He´ll earn more than $15 mil. in this fight. Hope he retires.
