No recoveries will most likely get nerfed. I think a more interesting twist would be to remove the twins focus attack, since you can't focus attack thier ground rush, and maybe even remove thier ultras. I would rather see them keep thier truely evil rushes. Then just a boring recoveries nerf.

@bobfttw It is not just the voice although it does sound terrible. Most might not realise it but Gouki and Akuma are completely different personalities. Akuma is the stereotypical bad ass I killz yo guy, while Gouki is a challenger, who looks for somebody who is able to beat him. For example when you start Arcade with Akuma he says "I am Akuma and I will teach you the true meaning of pain!" while Gouki says "My name is Gouki, show me your strongest attack!", polar opposites.
