Lucci and Mihawk does not work for the marine :p They work for the goverment xD Mihawk would normally have to say yes to marine orders, but that's because the goverment have ordered him to... Lucci would never have to follow an order from the marine

@lazybluegamer Expains why the combat was so horrific, i honestly had tears in my eyes watching this cause it was just SO bad.... noone can wave a sword this slow... dodging bullets was the most annoying part aswell.
