  • Oh i love those movement...great technic...

  • fabulous instructor...some things are not true to form based on my training. Wide stance, square up the hips to your opponent and stagger the feet intead of parallel. I'd like to see a class like this on the bag...

  • rooooooooooooooooong

  • thank you for the comments, and yes I show some of the moves toned down for not so advanced students. I set it to the music "kickin hard" and they love the new moves. the repeaters on the arms was something I was looking for. Thanks

  • great segment i'm going to teach it in my class

  • Hum... I'd suggest you to adapt some things if you're going to use it, dear friend.

For instance, you could explore more the foot work using dislocations in other directions as well. To that, such a parallel position of legs is not so comfortable or useful as another where legs are disposed in the distance of the shoulders ( as if facing straight forward), one behind the other. ;)

You can also explore more kicks and even the easiest kind of punch : jabs.

    ;)

  • ah, furthermore. It's always good to remember that, if you're doing it for fitness and measuring by Heart Frequency, sources asseverate that aerobic exercise involving mainly the arms results in higher HF scores for a determined VO2 consume.

Then, it's good not to get scared if you use HFas your reference to oversee the intensity . ;)

    Good luck , dear.

Such are only a few bunch of suggestions you may reflect upon to improve the video idea.

Much wisdom and success to you =)
