TFB can you please share your training secrets? i bought "the jump manual" but im a bit skeptical about it, had my back hurting for about a month so i wasnt able to put it to good use, you do a lot of plyos? explosive stuff? or weights?

@anukin7 well i hurt my back form lifting a heavy weight in properly, it took a long time to recover and i have probably owned jump manual for some 4 month, and still did only first day one time and then second time a month later because i wasnt recovered fully. I want to step on it, and i think ill try it this week and see how my back holts up. Ill try slow and easy and hopefully my body will adjust so i can go out 100%. Ill try some running on grass and soft track.

I can jump pretty high for an asian since when i was 14, that was a long time ago.. and even higher now and I dont really do lots of training for my legs.
