You need to warm up your back first then keep your legs spread since you are a beginner. :) Keep up the good work. By the way, if you exercise once a week or once every two weeks then you wont improvement at all! The best result is exercise once or twice every 2 or 3 days a week.. It will improvement a lots and you only need 5-10 minutes exercise. :P
