the reason why she sound bad in some other videos, like in the x factor live show, its cause she DANCES and SINGS at the same time, and don't forget she has to keep in mind how the performance is, and the text, and the many cameras, that are really confusing sometimes, i can tell by my own experience, and here in this video, she is sitting and sing, and she sound great, cause it's not live, it's not with a dancing performance, and she is sitting, that's a huge difference!
