A little tip for taking out the hunters.

Get out of the Gauss Warthog, open the doors, and drive it back inside. Get in the turret and blow the hell out of the corners of two barriers and speed through the space in between. If you're lucky, you'll make it through. Kill anything you need with the Gauss turret, and proceed to use it on the hunters.

you can make the battle at the aa gun realy easy. dont use both of your target designator shots for the first two wraiths instead kill only one with it. for the second wraith kill the gunner grunt on the wraith than use a overloaded plasmapistole to stun the wraith sprint towards it an beat the crap out of the elit whos driving it. u can now use the second shot from the target designator to kill the elitgeneral with the plasma launcher on top of the bulding near the aa gun or to kill the ghosts.

U can give ur idiot gunner the rockets and make kat be gunner in the gauss hog. If u park a revenant backwards against the barriers when u return to sword base u can use it as a ramp and drive the gauss hog into ONI to fight the hunters.

Nightfall?

I would say ONI is harder. If you watch some speedruns and learn where to go and when, Nightfall can be a breeze. Possibly the shortest mission in all of Reach's campaign if your good enough.

I've been able to beat Nightfall on Solo legendary in about 5 minutes a couple of times.

sark your making this level way to hard all you have to do is go east at the fork in the road, pick up the rocket, and give it to the idiot gunner. AI have the weird ability to have unlimited ammo and homing rockets on everything. You can even ferry the rocket from AI to AI to take out the hunters and the fuel rod guy at the end

4 challenge beat the library(from halo combat evolved) and cortana(halo 3) without dying. i think the hardest level in this 1 is exodus not the pillar of autumn

Pillar of autumn is the hardest level of all halos. Even though I beat this game on legendary first try in solo in about 2 days. I must have died over 200 times though out the whole campaign. Never playing legendary solo again.
