Alright. And that's 100% your choice. but remember that if you want live according to the law, you'll be judged by the law. So if you want to live and not extend mercy as God extends mercy but you'd rather point the finger and accuse, than that's completely up to you. But you'll be judged just like you're judging. So hey. I have. So I have a question. Is Todd Bentley a Spirit? Or it He a human with a spirit that can be influenced by other spirits? Jesus didn't come to judge us, he came to judge the ruler of the world which is the devil. So when you judge a human being instead of the spirit behind the human being you are in a dangerous place. Because Jesus said He hasn't come to judge, and His Father hasn't even judged yet. So if they haven't, where do we get off thinking we can?

If you believe that there is a spirit behind what Bentley was doing here, or anywhere else. feel free to judge it and rebuke it. Jesus did give you the right to do so. But never gave you the right or ability to judge anyones HEART. And Trust me I know where you are coming from because I've been there. But God's corrected me that if He doesn't tear people down for their shortcomings, how can I? Especially when I am full of them myself. I love you! And am not trying to insult you or anything. :).

Christians cannot possessed by demons unless they backslide and leave right standing with God. Sort of like how people cannot pick up food parasites if they use clean practices. However if they don't wash hands, or cleanse and prepare food properly, they can get sick from parasites. Much the same, if we don't keep our spirits pure and we backslide, demons can and will enter our life. Scripture:Luke 11:14 is a good scripture concerning demon possession and who can be possessed.GodBlessU

I had a 'self proclaimed prophet' friend a couple of years ago who was preaching that "Christians could be demon possessed" for a few months at my former church. Despite the reason he gave the Wednesday Night Chapel Group for leaving, I believe he and his wife left because the senior pastor had asked him to cease from misleading others into believing doctrine that is not in direct relation to the Bible. Not only that, but he strongly believed that a Christian should practice effective tongues.

Even creepier is the fact that he prophesied over people in the chapel group every week, mostly first time visitors. And those he prophesied over said that what he told them was spot on. I found out his prophecies to be somewhat hokey when a lady friend of mine was prophesied over one night and then asked him afterwards if he ever wondered that maybe some of his prophecies aren't always true. Needless to say, she didn't return to any of the services.
