Funny thing is China blew up a couple of Satellites not long ago which caused this to get worse because that just ended up creating more space junk!

..Of course we can't point the finger, that would be rude and inappropriate.. and we might hurt their feelings also ;) The point isn't who did it it's how do we fix it, which no one seems to be particularly interested in.. I guess we'll find a solution when shit does hit the fan though but perhaps than it will be too late.. We'll just wait and see.

Yes, that is true, but I didnt see you talk about how to fix it, only starting to fix it. Unfortunately, NASA is only interested in the drawing board at the moment. But Im assume that they will get round to it ASAP, hopefully.

Much more of this and the 'final frontier' will become impossible. Can't get to deep space if we can't get off the planet. Telecommunications and the internet also rely heavily on using satellites... apparently, if space junk continues then more accidents with satellites will happen, thus meaning we'd step back about 100 yrs in communications progress. Hope that don't happen!
