  • MY LEO WOULD TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF HIM

  • I had a bunch in my Backyard when I was a Kid, I had about 7 of them and they were huge. there really fun to have lol.

  • I remember when we used to have these in our tomatoe garden. A lot of them were filled with wasp eggs, not a pretty sight.

    I can't help but find him ugly cute, I sorta have a fear of worms and bugs so... yeah... ^^;

  • he looks like a nice treet.... FOR MY ACKIE MONITER

  • That is such a cool pet. usually you see assholes with their frogs or lizards feeding these things to them instead of actually seeing one as a pet. Love it

  • Look at the fat son' 'bitch go.

  • green thing why you eat my tomato

  • Lol im going to feed 1 of those to my beardeds when they get bigger

  • LOLLL! I had a pet zaphobas (they morph from super worms) named Fred! Lived 2 years, I actually enjoyed having em as a pet... throw some grains in the cage, set up some twigs/foliage, pick him up whenever I wanted to, and didn't have to change substrate for a month or longer. He turned out to be a she, though. In her second year, after doing what appeared to be laying (obviously infertile) eggs, she passed away.

  • HEEEEEY ITS FREEEEEED

  • mmmm ñom ñom

  • We found two of these in our garden..

  • @IAmTheRealBagLady i found 5 on one plant same size as one in vid

  • I've got two of those as a pet. One already began pupating and I'm not sure what to do with it. The other one is still munching away.

    I love tomato horn worms; they're adorable to me.

  • it looks very happy :)

  • Fred, you really let yourself go!

  • Really sure it´s a worm. To me it says that it is larva.

  • The moths these become are incredible. I recommend raising one just so you can see how BIG they are.

  • i am truly afraid of these things. i can't even remove them from my tomatoes. i just flip out and go inside and ball up and cry.

  • cute lol

  • who the fuck has a pet worm lol

  • lol my bearded dragon i held him up watching this vid hes jeallous lmao he hates you he wants that hornworm for luch =]

  • You have a pet hornworm?

    Looks more like frog food to me=}

  • What's wrong with a pet hornworm?

  • It just seems odd to me

  • @ilovemyboaconstricto I think what referring to as a frog is actually the tomato the Hornworm is eating..... muhh

  • @ilovemyboaconstricto lol i have 3 pet hornworms and would never feed it to my beardie unless he was starving of course

  • Nice to see one being fed, and not eaten for once.

  • I agree. These are such amazing creatures!

  • @ASSEMblerEX Agreed. Very few people consider how utterly amazing, and to some, beautiful, of moths those turn into. (depending on the species, too) - I've got loads of tomatoes who are dear to me, but sheesh, I'm jealous of people who live in areas that actually have hornworms.

  • @Illiasc Me too. I offered to PAY for some hornworms or pupae to be sent to me, but people would rather kill them. Just ignorant.

    30 plus tomato plants and only 3 hornworms, just is not right.
