@forallreals it's still healing, she JUST got it done a few weeks ago. It's still swollen, so of course you won't see the full results after a couple weeks. It takes a full year to see full results, but it should start showing her new nose fully in a month or two.

it's nice to see that you're happy, but honestly your nose doesn't look different at all. i was going to get a nose job, but they are so expensive and it's a big decision. i don't think it's worth it unless someone has a horribly deformed nose, because most nose jobs i've seen either end up looking fake or the nose looks basically the same as it did before. i'm glad i've realized this. now i can go on a vacation or do something i'd really enjoy with the money i would have wasted on a nose job.
