I have always heard that Sodom's sound came from a combination of listening to Tank, Venom, Accept, and Motorhead mixed with Tom's dislike for his job in the coal mines. Also...they all started around the same time. Bands normally don't like to have influences from bands that are putting out the same sort of music as them at the same time they are doing it. Are you completely sure about that?
