@Altiar23269 make sure you have xbox live then go to game marketplace search for crackdown select it then download the free for all pack once its downloaded load the game the there will be a new game called keys to the city select that and you have the cheats hope I helped

ONE TIP: (press the back button on controller to show cheat box)

at the main menu when u pick a mode like solo move the left sick down to the bottom just keep going and make a left or a right and u will see the person change if anyone needs I'm going to make a video of how to do it check my page. :)
